I'm picking a small group of people to coach for free — the same programming I follow on @manson.gym, applied directly to your body, your gym, and your schedule. In exchange, I follow your journey and we both come out of it stronger.
I'm doing this for one reason: I want to prove the work, build real results I can show, and refine the program with people I'm genuinely invested in. In exchange, I ask for your commitment, honesty, and permission to share your progress on my page. That's the trade.
Three pillars. Built around your body, your gym, your week. Adjusted every check-in based on how you actually respond — not how a generic template says you should.
Programmed to your equipment, schedule, and injury history. Whether you have a commercial gym or a corner of your bedroom, the work fits the life.
A flexible eating plan you'll actually follow. Macros tuned to your training, your appetite, and the way you live. Reviewed every check-in.
You message me — not an assistant, not a chatbot. Weekly check-ins, form reviews, and a text line for the days you're about to skip the session.
Three ways to train. When you apply, tell me which fits — I'll confirm it suits your goals during our intro call.
Your program lives in a Google Doc you can read, edit, and message me about. No paywalled software, no buggy dashboards, no upsells.
You text me when something matters — a form question, a missed session, a tough day — and I answer the same day. Not when the "team" gets to it.
If you're not training hard enough, eating consistently, or sleeping enough, I'll say so. Coaching that doesn't push back isn't coaching, it's babysitting.
I'm choosing a small group based on commitment and fit — not first-come, first-served. Read every question carefully and answer like it matters, because it does.
